It was expected that iQOO would announce its upcoming iQOO Neo7 SE at any moment. However, the officials have surprised us by announcing its other flagship device, i.e., iQOO 11. After the launch of the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, it was revealed that many manufacturers would release their new flagship phones.
This morning, iQOO officially announced that the all-new iQOO 11 would be launched on December 2 at 2:30 PM (as per Chinese Timing) in a launch event. Moreover, the officials have also revealed a teaser in which the device’s appearance can easily be observed.
At first sight, iQOO 11 looks identical to its previous generation model, i.e., the iQOO 10. The smartphone features a matrix-shaped camera module inside which there are three lenses. However, the lens specifications are unknown. The phone would also feature a Vivo V2 ISP chip, as mentioned on the camera module.
The model shown in the teaser is the BMW-M series branded model, which comes with an entire leather surface on the backside and has M-series lining on the right side. On the front side, we have an E6 AMOLED Display that supports 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, as revealed by the officials.
Inside the phone, the iQOO 11 uses the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, which is based on a 4nm TSMC manufacturing process and features a total of eight cores, including 1x Cortex-X3 Super Core (clocked @3.2GHz), 2x Cortex-A715 (clocked @2.8GHz) and 2x Cortex-A710 Performance cores (clocked @2.8GHz) and 3x Cortex-A510 energy-efficient cores (clocked @2.0GHz).
As per rumors, the new iQOO 11 will have the following highlights: 5000mAh battery with 120W flash charging, triple rear camera including a 50MP primary lens, 13MP Ultra-Wide angle lens, and an 8MP macro lens while there is a single 16MP lens on the front side.
It is expected that the officials will start to reveal the major highlights of iQOO 11 in the coming days.
