In January 2022, OnePlus officially released its OnePlus 10 lineup, which was among the first smartphone series to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset. However, the latest developments from the industry denote that the successor series is in the testing phase and is expected to release before the end of 2022.
This morning, the famous blogger @DigitalChatStation revealed some major information regarding the upcoming flagship series of OnePlus and said that the all-new OnePlus 11 series would be a performance and texture-focused flagship series. The texture-focused means that the device has a better backside texture for making the handling experience finer.
Further, the blogger also stated that this lineup will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset and will have an iron performance tri-angle (most probably, denoting the triad of Snapdragon 8 Gen2 CPU, LPDDR5x Memory, and UFS 4.0 Storage). Moreover, the OnePlus 11 series is also expected to feature 2K Flexible AMOLED Displays and 100W super-fast charging support.
In the end, the blogger mentioned that the models in the OnePlus 11 lineup are expected to feature a triple camera setup on the backside, including a 50MP Main Camera lens. However, he also said that this lineup would lack a periscope lens, and there is a low probability that it might feature the 1-inch super outsole lens, which is expected to be the main highlight of 2023 flagship smartphones.
Previously, it was revealed that the OnePlus 11 Pro model would feature a 6.7 inches Single Punch-Hole (at left) Curved AMOLED Display, a half pill-shaped camera module on the backside in which three camera lenses will be placed, including a 50MP primary lens, 48MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 32MP Telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.
It is expected that the new OnePlus 11 series will debut at the end of the year.
