Back in Feb 2022, OPPO launched its Find X5 series, which is undoubtedly the most premium lineup from OPPO. Both models (Standard and Pro) in this lineup were powered by the Snapdragon 8 series chipset. However, it seems that the manufacturer has started working on this lineup’s next generation.
This morning, the famous blogger @DigitalChatStation revealed the camera configurations of OPPO’s upcoming Find X6 series. As said by the blogger, it is expected that the standard OPPO Find X6 will feature a triple camera setup, including a 50MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide angle lens, and 32MP telephoto lens.
Then we have the Pro version of OPPO Find X6, which is also expected to feature a triple camera setup in which all three lenses (main lens, ultra-wide lens, and telephoto lens) are 50MP. In addition, the blogger added the camera configuration of the OnePlus 11 series, i.e., 50MP primary camera, 48MP ultra-wide angle lens, and 32MP telephoto lens. However, he didn’t mention which model’s (Standard or Pro) specifications it is.
As previously revealed, it is expected that the new Find X6 series will feature Single Punch-Hole curved displays, but each model’s display resolution would differ. The standard Find X6 will feature a 1.5K resolution screen, while the Pro model has a 2K resolution screen.
In terms of chipset, the standard model will stick with Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset, while the Pro model will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, which is currently unannounced. The rumors also suggested that there would be a significant performance gap between both chipsets, as Qualcomm is expected to use new cores architecture in its upcoming flagship chipset.
While talking about the appearance, the blogger @DigitalChatStation previously said that the new Find X6 series would adopt a new “family-style impossible curved surface 3.0” backside design.
We can expect that the new OPPO Find X6 series will be released in between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023.
